Your Information and How We Use It
We respect the privacy of all of our online guests. Our web server, Apps and underlying infrastructure recognize and record certain non-personal information about visitors and users. Currently, this information may include the type of browser used, the type of operating system of your computer or other Internet access device, the domain name or Internet Protocol (“IP”) address of the visitor’s / user’s Internet service provider, the number of users that visit a specific page on our Site or use our App and the character and duration of such visits. In addition, our Apps will recognize and record data that you input into it. In the future we may also collect other personal and non-personal information, as new technology for the Internet becomes available. Non-personal information gathered by the Site is used only for internal review purposes such as tracking the total number of visitors to our Site on an aggregate, non-personally identifiable, basis. This information may be used to help analyse Site traffic and improve our services. We may also aggregate such information to create statistical data and we may share that information with potential advertisers, partners, affiliates and other third parties. At no point, however, do we access any personally identifiable facts in this process.
We do not require visitors to our Site to register or provide information in order to view our home page or most content on our Site. We do not collect personally identifiable information from visitors to our Site or users of our Apps unless it is provided to us voluntarily and knowingly. The personally identifiable information you submit will be used: (i) to carry out your requests and orders and to respond to your inquiries, and (ii) as otherwise disclosed at the point where such information is collected or in any additional terms and conditions applicable to the particular feature of our Site or the use of our Apps.
You have the option of deciding whether or not to accept a cookie by resetting your browser to notify you whenever a cookie is being sent to your hard drive. You may also delete a cookie manually from your hard drive. Please note, however, that some parts of our Site or use of our Apps may not function properly or may be considerably slower if you refuse to accept a cookie or choose to disable your cookies settings.
We reserve the right to disclose any personally identifiable or non-personally identifiable information if we are required to do so by law or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary in order to: (i) fulfil a government request; (ii) conform with the requirements of the law or to comply with legal process served on us; (iii) protect or defend the legal rights or property of T&G, our Site or Apps and the users of them; or (iv) in an emergency to protect the health and safety of our Site’s or App’s users or the general public.
Keeping Your Information Secure
We have reasonable and appropriate electronic and physical security measures in place to protect against the loss, access, misuse, alteration and/or unauthorized disclosure of the information under our control. Please be advised, however, that while we strive to do everything reasonably possible to protect your personally identifiable information and privacy, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us and cannot be responsible for the theft, destruction, or inadvertent disclosure of your personally identifiable information where our security measures have been breached.
Transfer of Assets
As we continue to develop our business, we may sell or purchase assets. If another entity acquires us or all or substantially all of our assets, personally identifiable information, non-personally identifiable information, and any other information that we have collected about the users of our Site and Apps may be transferred to such entity as one of the transferred assets. Also, if any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding is brought by or against us, all such information may be considered an asset of ours and as such may be sold or transferred to third parties.
